The total surface area of the apartment is about 90m² and it is equipped with air conditioning. There is a spacious entrance with an open connection to the living room and open kitchen. This modern kitchen has a build-in dishwasher, electric ceramic cooking ring, combination oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee-maker and a large refrigerator with a freezer. In the apartment is satellite television, a DVD player and a stereo set.
It is furnished with a modern leather dinette and two large couches with attractive tables. The place is completed with eye-catching design lighting.
In the bathroom there is a double basin, toilet and bidet.
It has a very large (1,50 x 1 meter) shower cubicle. There is also a washing machine with an iron and ironing board and in the separated storage space you will find a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms; one with a basin, both with two single beds, bedside tables, large wardrobes and comfortable mattresses. It is built with excellent and solid building material, it has a very beautiful tiled floor and doors. The cosy looking terrace with parasol gives you a view of the green surroundings and the sea.
Parking is available at the entrance (no. 4). A supermarket, butcher and bakery are nearby. Enjoyable restaurants and cafés are at walking distance. For a small fee it is possible to use a large swimming pool of a hotel nearby.
